Is Therapy Right For Me ?

Many reasons bring us to therapy such as a life transition, divorce, illness or the death of a loved one. Or perhaps your career is a source of stress &/or unfulfilling. Or maybe life has grown complicated and you feel you have lost your way.

Often crisis’ are not obvious to us . They present as feelings of emptiness and a lack of enthusiasm for life. You may feel unfulfilled, lost or unsatisfied but lack the ability to create the life you do want. It feels unachievable. These crisis' can leave us in a state of panic and despair.

However, these crisis’ are often opportunities for tremendous growth. They are simply an indication that we have outgrown our old ways of coping with life challenges.

Therefore it is time to develop new coping mechanisms.
